Privacy notice

How devFlorence contact data is used.

This notice explains how Object Consulting di Alessandro De Stasio / devFlorence handles information submitted through the public contact form.

Data controller

Object Consulting di Alessandro De Stasio, Florence, Italy, is responsible for information collected through this website. devFlorence is the public software development brand used for these services. The privacy request form below is the contact channel for data-protection matters.

Information collected

The contact form asks for business contact and request information: name, email address, discussion topic, project context, acknowledgement of this notice, submission time, and page source. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use one-way hashes derived from email address and source IP; raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters.

Purpose

The information is used only to review your request, reply to you, evaluate whether devFlorence can help, and plan a possible discovery conversation.

Legal basis

Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Other business enquiries and abuse prevention are processed for the legitimate interests of responding to relevant requests and protecting the website. Privacy requests are processed to comply with data-protection obligations.

Storage and processors

Submissions are handled by the shared marketing form infrastructure, stored in DynamoDB, and sent by email using AWS SES. The primary form infrastructure is deployed in the AWS Europe (Milan) region, eu-south-1. AWS may use approved subprocessors and contractual transfer safeguards under its data-processing terms where processing from another location is necessary.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions are not sold and are not used for unrelated mailing lists. Enquiries that do not become an active engagement are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Records connected to a business relationship may be retained longer where contractual, tax, or legal obligations require it. Closed privacy-request records are retained for up to 24 months to document their handling.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing using the privacy request form below. Data portability applies where required by law. We may need to verify that you control the email address related to the request before acting on it.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully. You can still contact devFlorence first through the privacy request form so the concern can be reviewed directly.

Data request

Request access, correction, or deletion.

This form creates a private request record and notification. It does not automatically delete data until the request has been reviewed.

We will review the request and may ask for verification before changing or deleting stored contact data.
